The European Network for Public Administration (ENPA) is the premier independent, member-led learned society for public administration in Europe. Our annual conference brings together scholars in public administration, management, policy and governance to present their research, exchange ideas and build lasting collaborations.

In 2027, the road leads to Madrid. The conference will be hosted by the Faculty of Political Science and Sociology of the Complutense University of Madrid at its Somosaguas Campus, in collaboration with the Instituto Complutense de Ciencia de la Administración (ICCA). The ENPA Doctoral Seminar opens on 31 August, followed by the conference from 1 to 3 September.

The programme is built around our Research Groups, established and new, and complemented by thematic panels, affiliated group panels with partner associations and the Doctoral Seminar.

Madrid, one of Europe's great academic and administrative capitals, offers the perfect setting for another memorable conference. Expect lively academic exchange by day and the Spanish capital's vibrant culinary and cultural scene to explore after hours. We cannot wait to welcome our community there for another unforgettable event.
