Towards the close of the year, we are delighted to see how quickly the ENPA community has grown and taken shape, thanks to your remarkable engagement and enthusiasm. In this spirit of shared momentum and with great anticipation for what lies ahead, we would like to wrap up the year with a short update on the preparations for the ENPA Inaugural Conference 2026, including an important note on the abstract submission deadline.

ENPA Inaugural Conference 2026 – New Information Available Online

Our conference website provides a comprehensive overview of the ENPA Inaugural Conference 2026 and is updated successively as preparations progress. Since our last newsletter announcing the launch of the conference page, we have added several important updates to the website.

Besides the previously available information on the submission process, Research Groups, Thematic Panels, and the ENPA Doctoral Seminar, the conference page now includes:

Abstract Submission Deadline – Final Adjustment

We would like to inform you of an adjustment to the abstract submission deadline.

Following feedback from our community, we became aware that the original deadline fell very close to the vacation and holiday period. In order to respect this time of rest and private commitments, and to give all prospective contributors a full working week to finalise their submissions, we have adjusted the deadline accordingly.

📅 New (and final) abstract submission deadline: Monday, 12 January 2026

This adjustment reflects our commitment to being responsive to our community. At the same time, we kindly note that no further extensions will be possible, as we need to proceed with the review process and programme planning.
